Our Current clientele - Schneider Electronics, ICICIBank, Bank Of Baroda, Asian Paints, GMR Airports, Parle Products, Zee Living Foodz, NipponIndia Mutual Funds etc.HIRING PROCESSSend us your resume >> We scan through your profile over a coffee >> If it's interesting(which we are guessing it would be) we will organize a video chat over a coffee or a drink ofyour choice >> two rounds of meetings with our senior folks >> that's it, you might just landyourself at LA Key Responsibility: Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media – paid search, display, video, and social platformsManage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad traffickingTroubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needsAssist creative team with ad creation and strategic directionIdentify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testingEnsure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectivesCreate and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress to internal customerMaintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies Required Skills: 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid mediaQuantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics, i.e. how to set up media analytics infrastructure to track KPIsUnderstanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trendsDeep knowledge and passion for technology, digital marketing, and innovationGoal-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and focusDrive to deliver and exceed performance goalsProactive, collaborative, and results-driven work styleThe ideal candidate will :Demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn new skills independentlyPossess the ability to communicate directly with clients, both verbally and in writingHave a strong analytical backgroundBe detail oriented, highly organized, with a keen eye for consistencyBe able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, and independently as requiredHave a strong desire to learn and add value to the teamBe solutions orientedHave worked within platforms including Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
