Role Description

This is a full-time On-site role for a Cross-Platform App Developer (Design Engineer).

You'll build beautiful, high-performance mobile and web apps, collaborating directly with designers, ML engineers, and founders to bring products to life - from concept sketches to working prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy cross-platform mobile and web apps (Flutter / React Native / ).
• Collaborate with design, ML, and backend teams to bring complex ideas to reality.
• Create elegant, minimal, high-impact UI/UX that feels handcrafted.
• Turn Figma designs (or your own) into clean, functional code.
• Build reusable components, animations, and delightful interactions.
• Optimize apps for speed, scalability, and smooth performance.
• Explore and prototype new creative tech ideas - quickly and visually.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in frontend or cross-platform app development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or 
• Excellent sense of visual design, motion, and interaction.
• Ability to bridge design and engineering - design engineer mindset.
• Familiarity with Figma, Tailwind, Firebase, and modern API integration.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and product thinking.
• Portfolio of personal or experimental projects (bonus: links to apps or websites you've built).
• Bonus: You've built or designed something just for fun - and shipped it.
