Role Description

This is a full-time On-site for a Machine Learning Engineer (Full Stack AI Developer). You'll design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, while also supporting backend systems and integrations for our apps and software.

Responsibilities

* Build, train, and deploy machine learning models into production (NLP, CV, recommender systems, generative AI, etc.).

* Design and maintain robust backend services for AI-powered applications.

* Collaborate with product, design, and app teams to integrate ML features seamlessly.

* Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency for real-world usage.

* Set up pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and monitoring.

* Ensure best practices for code quality, reproducibility, and model explainability.

* Stay updated on advancements in ML frameworks, libraries, and cloud tools.

Qualifications

* 0-2 years of experience in ML engineering, backend, or full-stack roles.

* Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and JavaScript/TypeScript.

* Experience building and deploying ML APIs (REST/GraphQL).

* Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.

* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

* Experience with end-to-end product development — from prototype → production.

* Bonus: Experience integrating AI into mobile apps (Flutter/React Native backend support).
