Assistant Manager- Key Accounts

Role & responsibilities
• E-commerce Strategy Development: Create and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with the companys goals.
• Ads and Discounts Management: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels complementing the discount constructs to optimise spends.
• Sales Optimization: Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure accurate product listings and inventory levels.
• Support Service: Work closely with operations team to address customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance e-commerce performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, IT, Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective e-commerce operations.
• Budget Management: Manage e-commerce budgets, including advertising spend and promotional activities.
Qualification & Experience
• Proven experience in e-commerce management within the food/dairy/FMCG/F&B industry.
• 3-5 years of experience with comfort of hands-on execution, preferably at a national level.
• Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, Marketing or Hotel Management with a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration.
• Should be currently leading and overseeing a team successfully.
