Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Sales
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Provide test drives and explain product specifications clearly.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead Management
- Follow up on showroom walk-ins, online leads, and referrals.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and events.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with product features, variants, pricing, and financing options.
- Understand competitors products and market trends.
- Documentation & Delivery
- Assist customers with financing, insurance, registration, and paperwork.
- Coordinate smooth vehicle delivery and explain post-purchase support.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service follow-ups promptly.
- Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and dealership events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales (preferably in automobile or retail).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
- Customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work under pressure & achieve targets
