About the Company -One of the reputed and leading chain of Luxury Interiors, Furnishing and Fixture Manufacturing and operations headquartered in South Delhi.
Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:
A. Sales & Client Consultation:
- Welcome and engage all showroom visitors, providing a premium, consultative Customer experience.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, and design aesthetics to provide tailored product recommendations.
- Effectively communicate the value, features, and benefits of our entire product range.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and consistently meet or exceed showroom sales targets.
B. Showroom Operations & Merchandising:
- Maintain showroom to the highest Standards of Presentation, Cleanliness-brand Representation.
- Manage and update all product displays, samples, and marketing materials to ensure they are current and visually appealing.
- Coordinate the logistics of sample issuance to clients and track their return.
C. Product Expertise:
- Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of all our Funning and Fixture Products, including Types, Finishes, Applications, Installation & Maintenance requirements.
- Stay informed about current interior design trends to better assist and inspire clients.
D. Lead & Relationship Management:
- Capture detailed information for every walk-in lead in the company CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
- Build strong relationships with visiting architects, interior designers, and contractors, encouraging repeat business.
E. Reporting & Coordination:
- Provide regular reports on showroom footfall, sales performance, lead conversion, and customer feedback.
- Liaise with the warehouse and operations team to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- End to End Showroom Operation: Sales, Branding, Promotions and Business Development's
- Showroom and Retail Sales of Luxury Furnishing, Fixtures, Furnitures and Interiors Fitouts.
- Retail Sales and Counter Sales of Luxury Furnishing goods.
- Check stocks / items received from Store Room tallies with the previous day's closing stock.
- Display all items in the counter correctly as per the approved format. Make sure that all trays are filled and are without any empty slots.
- To keep ready and to maintain the sales kit always.
- To check the quality and quantity of the products.
- To handle the customers independently and to clear their queries and solutions
- To take care of the customers for their general hospitality in Showroom
- To handle customers Reservation Modification, Cancellation, Exchange and Home Delivery.
- To prepare the estimates, inform the correct value of the purchase to the customers, enter in the counting slip and then hand it over to the cash counter personally.
