**Position Summary**:
The Interior Showroom Sales Supervisor at Agrmac is responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of the showroom, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role demands a combination of strong leadership skills, a keen eye for interior design, and the ability to drive sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Leadership**:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- **Customer Experience**:
- Ensure that all customers receive personalized design consultations and outstanding service.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Showroom Management**:
- Maintain an attractive and well-organized showroom environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and availability.
- **Team Development**:
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales staff, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for the sales team.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Offer actionable insights and recommendations to enhance showroom performance.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
- Ensure that marketing materials are up-to-date and prominently displayed in the showroom.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media to increase showroom visibility and attract customers.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in retail sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in the interior design or home furnishings industry is advantageous.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Effective organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and principles is beneficial.
**Working Conditions**:
- **Environment**: Primarily based in a showroom setting, which involves standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.
- **Schedule**: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings is required to meet customer demands and achieve sales goals.
