About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Process Trainer – Voice to join our BPO team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for training, and the ability to prepare new hires for success in voice-based customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct New Hire Training for voice process (Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service/Collections).
  • Deliver process-specific training modules and ensure trainees meet performance benchmarks.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions and floor support for new and existing agents.
  • Monitor, assess, and coach agents to improve quality and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain training content, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Process Trainer in a voice-based BPO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage batches, track progress, and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Good understanding of call center KPIs, quality parameters, and process guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of soft skills, accent neutralization, and call handling techniques.
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound call processes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Certification in training/facilitation will be an advantage.
