Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, or guests
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Telephone Handling
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly
Provide basic information over the phone
Visitor Handling
Register and direct visitors to appropriate personnel or departments
Issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs
Appointment Scheduling
Manage calendars for meetings or appointments
Book and confirm appointments or reservations
Administrative Support
Assist with clerical tasks like filing, scanning, and data entry
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail or deliveries
Manage office supplies inventory
Communication Management
Respond to emails or online inquiries
Relay internal communications or announcements
Customer Service
Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Ensure guests or clients have a positive experience
