Job Title: EA (Executive & Administrative Support to MD) Location: Kandivali, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support:
Manage and coordinate the MD's daily calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
Handle communication (emails, phone calls, correspondence) on behalf of the MD with discretion and professionalism.
Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Real Estate Operations Support:
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Marketing, Finance) to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Assist in land acquisition, due diligence, project launches, and statutory approvals.
Maintain records and oversee the flow of legal documents, MoUs, agreements, title deeds, NOCs, and related paperwork.
Documentation & Compliance:
Manage end-to-end documentation for real estate transactions and project development.
Prepare and maintain documents required for government approvals and compliance processes.
Ensure strict adherence to RERA norms for ongoing and upcoming projects, including registrations, updates, and disclosures.
Stakeholder & Government Liaison:
Act as a liaison with government offices, municipal corporations, development authorities, and legal advisors.
Build and maintain relationships with officials handling planning, registration, property records, and revenue departments.
Follow up on file movement, permissions, approvals, and NOCs with regulatory bodies.
Project Coordination:
Track and monitor the progress of real estate projects, ensuring timely updates to the MD.
Assist in preparing feasibility studies, MIS reports, and compliance trackers.
Support the MD in decision-making by providing project insights and accurate data.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business Administration, Law, Real Estate Management).
Minimum 4 to 5 years' relevant experience supporting senior leadership in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of RERA guidelines, registration, and compliance processes preferred.
Proven expertise in real estate documentation (land records, title checks, agreements, etc.).
Well-connected with government and regulatory authorities in the real estate domain.
Excellent communication (written & verbal), coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and file/document management systems.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
