This role is to ensure that all functional documented processes are available, communicated, implemented and adhered to at circles. Also, does process gap analysis and recommend process improvement actions. Knowledge sharing and record, share best practices across functions and circles.

What will you do?

  • Audit the status on implementation and adherence of existing processes by functional groups,
  • Identify gaps in process definitions if any,
  • Evaluate process implementation effectiveness,
  • Conduct process, field audits and records findings,
  • Review, evaluate audit findings, complete gap analysis and dig into RCA for specific issues,
  • Review final audit report with functional leads and publish it to Circle heads,
  • Seeks and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions from functional team,
  • Drive NC closure, corrective actions and seek preventive action plans,
  • Maintain audit records, reports
  • Work with the auditee to resolve compliance issues, provide recommendation, communication on status of resolution action and bring issues to management notice requiring attention and systemic fixes
