Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    Plan and run campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.; research prospects; track and optimize lead quality and conversions.
  • Database Management
    : Maintain and segment databases; ensure accuracy, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and relevance.
  • Email Marketing
    : Design and optimize campaigns; conduct A/B tests; analyze open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Digital Marketing Operations
    : Manage social media and website updates; monitor analytics and ROI; ensure brand consistency; coordinate with teams/agencies for content, creatives, and technical support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
    - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and email marketing.- Hands-on with Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM/email platforms (HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic design (Canva/Photoshop).
  • HTML/CSS for emails/landing pages.
  • Experience with marketing automation workflows.
