Job Description
Position: Human Resource - Recruiter
Experience: 0-1years in hiring (preferably non-Tech hiring)
Stipend:
Work Mode: Work from office – Thrice a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end recruitment for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews).
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensuring timely closures.
• Managing interview coordination at branch office and follow-ups with candidates.
• Handling offers roll-outs, joining formalities, and maintaining candidate engagement.
• Preparing and maintaining daily/weekly hiring reports and dashboards.
• Representing the company in a professional manner during client visits or campus drives.
• Connect with newly hired PSF, Apprentice & FTC's and explain them about the HR team, so they know whom to approach if they have any issues.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Flexibility for travel as per business needs.
• Professional grooming and formal dressing.
• Fluency in local language
