Designation: Sr Manager / Manager - MIS & Reporting

Department : MIS Reporting & Business Intelligence

Location: Malad- HO

Experience : Min 5-10 Years of Experience

Role & responsibilities :

  • Business MIS on daily basis
  • Good understanding of life insurance reporting & data.
  • Generate or Automate daily, weekly monthly updates at Channel initiatives like Incentives & Goal sheets(KPI).
  • Communicate regularly with Sales team, Channel heads for requirements and channel goals
  • Work closely with Distribution, HR, Finance, planning, Operations and other HO functions
  • Suggest new ideas for improving day to day activities in reporting & Provide analysis to support distribution, finance & Product team
  • KPIs, SIP and other PMS updates, Coordination & support
  • Projects like Automation related , Channel/function initiatives
  • Basis understanding of SQL queries in order to write, modify & fetch data from DWH/Data Lake.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sector in MIS role
  • Good in Excel, VBA and SQL; knowledge of visualisation tools such as Looker Studio will be required
