Role Description

As an MBA HR Intern – Operations, you will support our HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing EdTech startup and understand how HR contributes to business growth.

Internship Duration:
3 to 6 months

Mode:
On-site (Bengaluru)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
  • Support payroll, HR compliance, and documentation
  • Help develop and implement HR policies and employee engagement programs
  • Assist in performance tracking and HR reporting
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • MBA in HR or related field (current students or fresh graduates)
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and take ownership
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Kannada is a plus
  • Collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-site Internship Stipend:
    ₹10,000 per month
  • Experience Letter:
    Provided upon successful completion of the internship
