Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a compelling content strategy that enhances brand awareness, engages our B2B audience, and drives lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical and industrial content marketing, particularly for the electronics or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Research, create, and optimize high-quality B2B content, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, long-form content, and press releases.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and organic search performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to produce relevant and engaging content.
  • Write and edit content tailored for US and global audiences, ensuring clarity, technical accuracy, and engagement.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to refine content strategy.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant content marketing experience, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and industrial marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in SEO-driven content writing and content optimization.
  • Ability to write for diverse formats, including technical blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media.
  • Experience in writing content tailored for US-based audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and recommend improvements.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver with excellent project management skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in electronics, PCB manufacturing, or embedded systems content.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other content performance tools.
  • Experience in video scriptwriting and multimedia content creation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress.
