Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

  • Content planning:

Develop and manage content calendars for social media, websites and email campaigns, ensuring a steady flow of engaging material.
- Content production:

Create and publish posts, stories, and updates that reflect the brand's tone, objectives, and visual identity. Stay updated with current trends and styles to bring innovative ideas that enhance visibility and engagement.
- Community engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering community growth and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Performance tracking:

Analyse metrics such as reach, engagement and conversions; provide insights and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Brand consistency:

Ensure all visual and written content follows Zurich Graphics' standards for tone, style and quality.

Job Description

The Digital Content Executor will coordinate the company's online presence and communications. Based onsite in Vadodara, this role requires creativity, organisation and a strong grasp of social media trends.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan daily and weekly content across digital channels, from ideation to publishing.
  • Write clear, engaging copy for posts, captions, newsletters and website updates; coordinate with designers to produce supporting graphics and videos.
  • Schedule content using management tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite and ensure timely posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Monitor channel analytics, prepare reports and refine strategies to enhance reach, engagement and conversions.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, questions and messages in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Conduct basic SEO optimisation for blog posts and website content to improve search visibility.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and propose new ideas to expand the company's online presence.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and scheduling tools; familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create simple graphics.
  • Understanding of SEO, hashtags and analytics to optimise content performance.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple channels and deadlines simultaneously.
