About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities


•Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).


•Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds.


•Draft and roll out offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.


•Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.


•Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism.


•Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance records.


•Plan and implement employee engagement activities to promote a healthy work culture.


•Assist in performance review processes and probation confirmations.


•Ensure smooth exit formalities including documentation and feedback.

Requirements


•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


•Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Executive or similar role.


•Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.


•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under deadlines.


•Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools.

Compensation & Growth


•Fixed salary of ₹40,000 per month.


•5-day work week with weekends off.
