We are seeking a skilled and motivated System/Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Windows Server and Desktop support, networking, and cloud technologies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent troubleshooting skills and a passion for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows Server and Desktop environments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online.
  • Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
  • Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
  • Lead or support Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) implementation and maintenance.
  • Maintain system documentation and resolve support tickets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in system/network support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Exchange Online.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.
  • Proven experience in VDI implementation (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon).
  • Familiarity with virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience with VoIP/SIP technologies.
  • MCSA/CCNA/CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud-native tools (e.g., Azure Monitor).
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Exposure to ITIL practices and ticketing systems
