Key Responsibilities:

- **Network Management**:

- Configure, manage, and maintain the organization's internet and Wi-Fi networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, speed, and reliability.
- Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular network performance tests and prepare reports on network status and usage.
- **Laptop Management**:

- Install, configure, and maintain laptops for all employees, ensuring they have the necessary software and hardware.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laptop-related issues, including hardware failures, software malfunctions, and connectivity problems.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on laptops, including operating system updates, software patches, and security updates.
- Manage laptop inventory, ensuring all devices are accounted for and properly maintained.
- **Technical Support**:

- Respond to IT support tickets related to internet, Wi-Fi, and laptop issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide training and support to employees on the proper use and care of laptops and network resources.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of other IT equipment as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, laptop inventories, and IT support activities.
- Prepare regular reports on network and laptop performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for upgrades or changes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role with a focus on internet, Wi-Fi, and laptop management.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, configurations, and security principles.
- Proficiency in managing Wi-Fi networks, including experience with routers, access points, and wireless controllers.
- Extensive experience with laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server) are a plus.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a system administration role with a focus on network and laptop management.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
