Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting servers, networks, and software, as well as ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and related hardware/software.

Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of availability and security.

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Maintain and support virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.

Provide technical support to internal users and resolve system-related issues.

Manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.

Document IT procedures, systems, and network configurations.

Collaborate with other IT staff and departments on projects and upgrades.

**Requirements**:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

3+ years of experience in system administration or IT support.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration.

Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Proficient in network administration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

Experience with backup and recovery tools.

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.

Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or Cisco (CCNA).

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
