Roles & Responsibilities: (What you'll do)

  • Learn the day-to-day duties of Accounts Payable, Billing, Terminations and Credit Control.
  • Support each of these areas and provide cover where needed.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with customers and suppliers to ensure excellent customer experience and SLA's are met.
  • Build good working relationships within finance but also with the wider business to ensure of goals are met.
  • Check and enter purchase invoices onto systems and updating payments received.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers for accurate delivery dates.
  • Chase customers for outstanding payments.
  • Respond to finance related queries.
  • General administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Help with any finance projects that form part of our company priorities.

Qualification & what you have

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 5+ year of professional experience
  • Preferably 2+ years' experience within a similar operations / finance capacity.
  • Understanding of supply chain would be beneficial
  • Good understanding of accounts payable & receivable

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English language.
  • Good Team Player, Should be dynamic, self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take decision under stressful condition.
  • Willing to learn, innovate and achieve the best
  • Strong negotiation and liaison skills
  • Excellent analytical, organisational & communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and liaise with different departments to properly fulfil the processes and streamline these.
