Job Title: Inbound Voice Process Executive (UK)
Shift timing: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our UK Inbound Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound calls from UK customers, resolving queries, providing information about products or services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls from the UK efficiently and professionally.
  • Address and resolve queries related to products, services, billing, orders, complaints, or account information.
  • Provide accurate information and support based on customer needs and company procedures.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to compliance and data protection policies.
  • Maintain records of conversations and update customer details in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as necessary.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation
  • Prior experience in a voice process (UK/International) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral or UK-friendly accent.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work in UK business hours or rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software/CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
