Role & responsibilities

Customer Support Executive / Voice Agent

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound international calls (usually from the US, UK, Australia, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries regarding products, services, or policies.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.
  • Use CRM software to log interactions and update customer details.
  • Adhere to call scripts, guidelines, and compliance policies.
  • Meet performance targets like AHT (Average Handling Time), FCR (First Call Resolution), and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score).
  • Handle escalations or transfer calls when needed.
