We have a Job Opening for Business Development Manager in Reputed Furniture Industry at Mumbai.
Requirement Details:
- Location: Mumbai
- Designation: Business Development Manager
- Experience: At least 8-9 years of sales experience (preferably in office furniture or related industry or consultative role)
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Expected Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Skills/Abilities Skills
- Responsible in securing new markets as well as business account management.
- Ensure that operational control procedures are implemented and comply with established guidelines.
- Conduct meeting and briefing sessions as required to impart knowledge, integrate teamwork, assess overall sales performance, and provide updates. Abilities
- Dynamic and strong leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Sales driven, motivated, and results-oriented/proven sales management record. Expert interpersonal skills with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and willing to accept responsibility for results
- Shows a good understanding of issues relevant to our overall organization and business and keeps that knowledge current.
- Knowledge of the processes/key concerns common to all businesses
- Sets high goals and standards for self and others in the organization. Self-starter; committed to excellence: accuracy in work and attention to detail
- Must have a broad exposure and understanding of corporate strategies
- Must be able to work in an environment with limited structured support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Education/Experience
- At least 8-9 years of sales experience (preferably in office furniture or related industry or consultative role)
- Business/related degree or equivalent experience required
Additionally, employees are expected to abide by all internal control & compliance practices to:
Safeguard assets from theft and misuse. - Ensure segregation of duties to minimize fraud.
Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulations. - Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Periodically reconcile physical assets to accounting records
IC role
Good English Communication should be there.
Traveling is there, they need to meet the client etc.
