Job Description – Accounts Manager

Position: Accounts Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Pik N Go Restaurant

Reports to: Director / General Manager

Role Summary:

The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the overall financial operations of Pik N Go Restaurant, including accounting, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and cost control. The role ensures accuracy of financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to statutory regulations while supporting management in financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and payroll.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
  • Monitor restaurant revenues, expenses, and profitability, ensuring proper cost controls.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with government regulations.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer transactions.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Support management in preparing budgets, forecasts, and MIS (Management Information System) reports.
  • Oversee inventory valuation and support cost control with the Store and Purchase departments.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Advise management on financial strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely vendor and employee payments while managing working capital.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP) and MS Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • CA/ICWA (Inter/Final) preferred but not mandatory.
  • 4–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the hospitality/restaurant industry preferred.

Working Hours:

As per restaurant operations and reporting requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

As mentioned in the offer letter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360, ₹420,000.00 per year
