**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Make travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Plans events and volunteer activities.
- Maintain office procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records for the Head.
**Must Have**
- Proven experience as executive secretary or Similar Administrative role for 5 years.
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
**Experience Yrs. More than 5 yrs.**
**Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent**
**Location: Kadugodi Whitefield / Work from office**
**Day shift/ 6 days a week**
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
