Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager in our company, your role will involve leading and growing a sales team in the BFSI sector. You will be responsible for meeting targets, building client relationships, and driving team performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of sales executives in BFSI product sales (insurance, loans, or investments) - Plan and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Train and guide team members to improve performance - Build strong relationships with new and existing clients - Monitor daily activities and submit regular reports to leadership - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Ensure the team follows compliance and documentation standards - Support quick onboarding of new team members Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of sales experience in sales - banking or insurance - Experience in leading or managing a small sales team - Strong communication and negotiation skills In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
