  • Key Responsibilities Identify and approach real estate builders, developers, and property consultants to establish partnerships with Vastuvik.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builder decision-makers.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with builders to explain Vastuvik's value proposition.
  • Achieve monthly targets for builder onboarding and lead conversions.
  • Coordinate with the Vastuvik operations team to ensure smooth execution of services for builder clients.
  • Provide feedback from the market to support product/service improvement.
  • Key Skills & Competencies strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term professional relationships.
  • Sales negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate sector and builder ecosystem preferred.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
  • QualificationsGraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, financial services, or service-based industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and local regional language will be an advantage.
  • Laptop and Bike is Mandatory
