Positions Open:

We are hiring for multiple positions based on experience and capability:

  • Sales Trainee 15,000/month + Incentives
  • Relationship Officer (RO) 3 LPA + Incentives
  • Relationship Manager (RM) 3.5 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans
  • Lead generation through open market, DSAs, collectors, and agents
  • Field sales activity for acquisition and relationship building
  • Coordinating with internal credit and operations teams for loan processing
  • Target-driven sales with a focus on affordable segment loans (not prime loans)

Who Can Apply:

  • Candidates with experience in NBFCs, Banks, or DSAs
  • Good understanding of LAP, Home Loans, and financial products
  • Strong local market knowledge in any of the mentioned locations
  • Willingness to travel and do fieldwork
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with 30-45 days notice period
