Purpose of the Role:
The primary responsibility will be implementing, monitoring, and documenting agriculture-based livelihood activities in the TSF's intervention area.
Key Deliverables:
- Closely work with farmers to provide technical guidance on sustainable agricultural practices.
- Implement climate-resilient agriculture and allied practices.
- Strengthen agricultural value chains through the establishment and support of Farmer Producer Companies(FPCs).
- Facilitate the development of vegetable and orchard clusters.
- Establish and empower farmer institutions, ensuring their integration with FPCs.
- Partnership and collaboration with government departments at the district and block levels.
- Maintaining comprehensive reports and documentation related to agricultural activities.
Work experience :
0-4 Years of field experience in Agriculture and Allied-agriculture activities.
Minimum Qualification:
B.Sc. in Agriculture and allied sciences or equivalent. Those with Masters in Agriculture will be preferred.
