About the Role

We are looking for a
Program Manager

to lead our Onboarding Team. The short-term goal is to
mobilize and onboard 30,000 parents into Saajha's WhatsApp platform by January 2026

.

The Program Manager will manage
3 Team Leaders and 60 Field staff (Relationship Managers)

, ensuring high-quality field execution, parent engagement, and community mobilization. This is a
field-intensive role

, requiring regular visits to communities to guide and support the team.

While the project runs till March 2026, the role may continue full-time in another vertical based on performance and budget availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage 3 TLs( Team Lead) and 60 field staff.
  • Drive operational plans to achieve the
    30,000 parents onboarding target

.
- Conduct
3–4 field visits per week

to monitor, support, and troubleshoot with the team.
- Ensure timely data collection, analysis, and documentation for decision-making.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Word, PowerPoint, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience

in program management, field operations, or community mobilization.
- Prior experience managing large teams (30+ people) is preferred.
- Comfort with extensive field travel (Across Delhi)
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Candidates from Delhi will be preferred.
