We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead Microsoft-focused initiatives in enterprise-scale Zero Trust programs. You will manage stakeholders, escalations, and program governance to drive large-scale transformation.

Requirements:

10-12 years of experience in IT program management.

Proven track record in Microsoft technology governance.

Experience aligning projects with enterprise security frameworks.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in Microsoft technologies and Zero Trust frameworks.

Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling.

Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM.

Responsibilities:

Govern Microsoft-specific program scope and ensure timely delivery.

Report to stakeholders and manage escalations effectively.

Align program initiatives with enterprise-wide Zero Trust strategy.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to mentor teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
