  • Call and talk to potential clients to explain ongoing property projects and note their requirements.
  • Follow up with interested buyers regularly through phone calls, messages, or emails.
  • Understand each customer's budget, location preference, and needs, and suggest suitable property options.
  • Keep records of daily calls, client discussions, and updates in Excel or CRM tools.
  • Fix appointments for site visits or meetings with sales managers based on client interest.
  • Help clients with site visits by sharing project details, maps, and directions.
  • Learn about different projects through brochures, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Support the sales team in arranging customer meetings, events, or weekend campaigns.
  • Answer customer queries by giving correct and timely information.
  • Share client feedback with the team to improve communication and services.
  • This is a site role, and the candidate will have to work from the Sarjapura project site.
