About the Role

We are seeking proactive interns to support the growth of our e-commerce platform by onboarding small businesses. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, with performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential sellers using social media, email, and other channels.
  • Engage and educate sellers about
  • Assist sellers with onboarding and track outreach outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earn 100% of the platform's revenue share from sales you onboard.
  • Flexible remote work arrangement.
  • Short-term contract: 2 months.
  • Internship completion certificate upon successful completion.
  • Possibility to extend based on performance.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using social media and online research tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

Selection Process

  • Quick Call – A brief discussion to understand your approach and clarify expectations.
  • Final Selection – Candidates with strong submissions and communication skills will be onboarded.
