Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all CNC-machined products meet quality standards.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for CNC machining processes.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Use precision measuring instruments and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, height gauge, and CMM machine, to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Document and report non-conformances, and work with production teams to identify and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and equipment is a must.
  • Familiarity with the CMM machine will be preferred.
  • Familiar with PPAP and Production Control Plans.
