About the Role:-

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Personal Chef to prepare daily meals at a private residence for a cancer recovering patient in Sector 27D, Chandigarh. The chef should have strong culinary expertise and the ability to cook healthy, customised meals especially for an individual with specific medical or dietary requirements.

This is an on-site role that requires the chef to visit the house daily and handle all aspects of meal preparation, from planning to cooking and kitchen upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh, nutritious meals at the clients residence every day.
  • Customize dishes based on dietary preferences and medical history (e.g., diabetic-friendly, low-oil, low-sodium, gluten-free, etc.).
  • Plan balanced menus while ensuring taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Manage grocery shopping or ingredient preparation as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area and utensils.
  • Follow proper food safety and storage standards.

Requirements

  • Culinary training or certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition and health-based cooking.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in a household setting.
  • Punctual, trustworthy, and professional in behavior.

Preferred Qualities

  • Prior experience cooking for clients with medical conditions or specific dietary restrictions.
  • Creative and health-conscious approach to cooking.
  • Friendly and respectful attitude with good communication skills.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: 20,000–40,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Schedule: 8 hours per day
  • Location: Sector 27D, Chandigarh
