Online Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Sales Executive to manage our online sales platforms, respond to customer queries, and ensure effective lead conversion. The candidate should be capable of handling online portals, social media platforms, and customer communication to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Enquiry Management
- Attend incoming calls and enquiries from portals like IndiaMART, Justdial, etc.
- Buy and manage leads from online portals.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure conversions.
- Online Platform Management
- Upload/update product pictures and videos on company portals and Google listings.
- Manage customer queries through email and phone.
- Post photos, videos, and updates on Google, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Join relevant product groups and post in interest-based groups.
- Customer Engagement & Reviews
- Encourage walk-in customers to share Google reviews.
- Respond to messages/comments on Facebook and other social platforms.
- Share updates, promotions, and campaigns through social media.
- Sales & Reporting
- Maintain records of enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, leads, and closures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through online leads and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in online sales, digital marketing, or customer handling.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Familiarity with online portals like IndiaMART, Justdial, Facebook, Google My Business, YouTube, etc.
- Basic knowledge of photo/video uploading and social media engagement.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
