Fleet Manager
to join our dynamic team in Chennai and Bangalore. As a Fleet Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop and implement fleet management strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with drivers and staff to ensure smooth logistics and transportation processes.
  • Analyze fleet performance data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in fleet management and safety protocols.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of hyperlocal logistics and fleet operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site during day shifts, ensuring hands-on management of fleet operations.
