Position Overview:

A Customer Acquisition Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for reaching targets.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strong ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or higher secondary education with relevant experience.
