About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated
Operations Lead
to join our growing team. The role involves leading a team of 4–5 associates, managing day-to-day operations, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in handling complex

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Operations Associates, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.
  • Oversee complex operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and present performance reports to management.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to build capability and accountability.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and support process automation or tech adoption initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience
    in operations, preferably in fast-paced or complex environments.
  • Prior team management or supervisory experience is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (both written & verbal).
  • Proven ability to handle complex operational workflows with high attention to detail.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tools like CRMs, project management platforms, etc.
