Assistant Manager Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable Process:

    Preparing invoicing on daily basis (billing TAT 2 days), and collections to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Customer Account Management:

    Maintain and review customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address payment issues promptly.
  • Collections:

    Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and reduce bad debts.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    Prepare regular reports on receivables aging, cash flow forecasts, and collection status for management review.
  • Maintaining Receivable Data:

    Collection & TDS entries to be passed on daily basis in SAP & maintain in excel for analysis purpose.
  • 26 AS Reconciliation:

    Prepare 26AS reconciliation on quarterly basis for audit purpose.
  • Audit:

    Handling & maintaining all the data for internal & statutory audit on quarterly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables management.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
