Role & responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to 3D printers and additive machines.
  • Install and configure new printers and firmware (Klipper, Marlin), ensuring smooth operation.
  • Provide customer training on equipment use, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
  • Offer remote and on-site technical support, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Manage service tickets and ensure timely closure within SLA.
  • Document service activities and prepare detailed service reports.
  • Support AMC execution and warranty claim processes.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide solutions tailored to their need.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support/aftersales, preferably in additive manufacturing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of 3D printers, additive machines, and firmware (Klipper, Marlin).
  • Basic knowledge of Linux OS and command-line interface.
  • Basic understanding of Python, C, and C++ for reading/modifying printer firmware or scripts.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging/troubleshooting technical issues and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
