
Business Development Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our RPO services in North America and APAC regions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy in line with the company's growth goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, client discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and procurement teams within global enterprises.
- Collaborate closely with internal solution design, implementation, and delivery teams to develop tailored RPO solutions.
- Represent the organization at international HR, staffing, and outsourcing events, both virtually and in-person.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Stay informed about global talent acquisition trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA or degree in International Business preferred).
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in RPO or staffing sales with a strong focus on international markets.
- Demonstrated success in closing large-scale, multi-country or global RPO deals.
- In-depth knowledge of global RPO delivery models, SLAs, compliance standards, and pricing structures.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven effectiveness in cross-cultural environments.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to building new business relationships.
