About the Company:Extraaaz Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing technology company offering advanced POS and restaurant management solutions, including our flagship product SPOP , designed to simplify billing, inventory, and online order management for restaurants and retail businesses.
We are expanding our presence in Pune and are looking for passionate Field Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local business networking.
- Present and demonstrate our POS and software solutions (SPOP , EPOS, etc.) to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, and conversions.
- Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (POS, software, or IT sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking ability.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Ability to travel within Pune and nearby areas.
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone (mandatory).
- Education:Minimum qualification: HSC / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
