We are looking for a resilient, empathic Branch Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. A Branch Manager oversees all aspects of a branch's operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction, while also managing budgets and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualification

  • Proven 10+ years of experience as branch management, Bank Manager or similar role.
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
  • Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Results driven and customer focused.
  • Leadership and human resources management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
