We are hiring Head – Engineering & Technical Operations in the Facility Management industry for an MNC client.

We are seeking a
dynamic and visionary Engineering Operations Leader
to oversee the end-to-end management of our facilities' engineering systems and technical operations. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless uptime, operational excellence, and continuous innovation across our portfolio.

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Between the range of 35 LPA -50 LPA (However salary is not a bar for the right candidature)


Experience:
15+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering team to ensure
    safe, efficient, and cost-effective
    operations of all mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, boilers, pumps, chillers, etc.).
  • Drive
    digital transformation
    through IoT, predictive maintenance, BMS optimization, and smart building technologies.
  • Develop and execute
    long-term engineering strategies
    aligned with client goals and sustainability objectives (ESG).
  • Implement reliability-based maintenance programs and monitor performance to achieve
    100% system uptime
    .
  • Ensure
    regulatory compliance
    , safety standards, and infrastructure documentation are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Lead
    capital planning, technical upgrades, and energy efficiency initiatives
    .
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop engineering talent—fostering a culture of
    innovation, accountability, and excellence
    .

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related discipline).
  • 15+ years of facility management or building engineering experience
    , with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Proven experience managing
    multi-location technical teams
    .
  • Proficiency in
    CMMS systems, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making tools
    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
