About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and management) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and conferences to promote company services.
  • Suggest new business strategies to enhance market presence and profitability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
