Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of policy administrators to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with key clients
  • Manage and maintain knowledge of FCA / HMRC / TRP regulations and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 2-12 years of experience in UK Policy Administration, UK pensions, UK defined benefits, UK defined contributions, and UK workplace pension
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA / HMRC / TRP regulations
  • Excellent people management and client management skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
