Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience working in Electronics industry marketing is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
